IS EMS SAFE?Yes. EMS training is safe for most people when performed correctly and when no contraindications are present. Every client is screened before their first session to ensure EMS training is appropriate for them.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?For most people, 1–2 EMS sessions per week is enough to achieve excellent results.
Because EMS activates muscles very intensely, your body needs time to recover and adapt. We recommend allowing at least 48 hours between sessions.
Your ideal training frequency may vary depending on your starting point, goals, recovery, nutrition, and overall consistency.

DOES EMS HURT?No. EMS feels intense, but it should never feel painful.
The intensity is always adjusted to your comfort level and gradually increased as you become more comfortable with the sensation.
Most clients describe EMS as unusual at first, but they quickly adapt and enjoy the feeling of their muscles working more efficiently.

IS EMS GOOD FOR BEGINNERS?Absolutely.
EMS training is fully customized to your fitness level, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or already physically active.
Every session is guided one-on-one, and the intensity is adjusted individually to ensure a safe, effective, and comfortable workout experience.
